Wednesday the National Football League announced that the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers game that was initially set to be played on Thanksgiving has now been pushed back to Sunday.
The League had this to say in a statement:
“This decision was made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the health and safety of players, coaches and game day personnel and in consultation with medical experts,”
The NFL has had to move several games around this season due to COVID-19 concerns and positive tests and this Steelers-Ravens game is merely the latest example of that.
